当地时间10日晚间，伊朗议会议长卡利巴夫通过其个人社交媒体表示，敌对势力应当明白，无论其采取何种行动，都必将遭到伊朗对等且迅速的回应，“任何恶行都不会被放过”。他强调，伊朗如今奉行“以眼还眼”的原则，绝不客气，毫无例外。
卡利巴夫还表示，如果美以对伊朗基础设施发动袭击，伊朗也必将把其基础设施作为打击目标。
