3月10日，上海摩登天空文化传播有限公司发布公告，因不可预见原因，原定于3月28日至29日在佛山千灯湖音乐秀场举办的“2026佛山草莓音乐节”正式取消。
公告称，所有通过官方平台购票的订单，将自动全额退款，无需任何操作。票款将于7-10个工作日内原路返回。
