3月9日，张裕A（000869/200869）发布公告，董事会近日收到公司总经理助理肖震波的辞职报告。肖震波因个人原因辞去总经理助理职务，但辞职后仍在公司担任酒庄酒事业部副总经理，兼任浙江酒庄酒营销管理中心总经理（主管经理级）。
2025年前三季度，张裕A实现收入21.16亿元，归母净利润1.88亿元。
