Coinbase 表示，美国国税局（IRS）新推出的数字资产税务申报表 1099-DA 在实施初期规则复杂，可能增加加密用户和平台的申报负担。根据新规，交易所今年仅向 IRS 报告数字资产交易的总成交金额（gross proceeds），而不提供成本基础（cost basis），用户需自行计算实际收益或亏损；同时，稳定币交易和链上 gas 费用等小额交易也被纳入申报范围。（CoinDesk）
