人民财讯3月7日电，3月7日下午，国家发展改革委社会发展司司长刘德春在国新办吹风会上表示，保障老有所养，“十五五”规划纲要草案提出，健全基本养老保险待遇确定和调整机制，逐步提高城乡居民基础养老金，推行长期护理保险，发展社区嵌入式养老服务、家庭养老床位和互助型养老，改造升级2000个公办养老机构，养老机构护理型床位占比达到73%。
