2026年3月6日，盘龙城恒大龙城一期与新力帝泊湾段天宇路正在进行杂树杂草清理的施工。从施工现场来看，该段道路原有的老旧围墙已被彻底拆除，树木也基本上全部被放倒。这为该道路后续的升级改造奠定坚实基础。
