智通财经APP获悉，据港交所3月6日披露，华明电力装备股份有限公司(002270.SZ)向港交所主板递交上市申请书，J.P. Morgan Securities (Far East) Limited、海通国际资本有限公司为其联席保荐人。据招股书，华明装备是全球领先的变压器分接开关制造商。根据弗若斯特沙利文资料，2024年华明装备在分接开关市场以收入计位列全球第二、中国第一。
