天顺股份3月6日公告，公司董事会当天收到公司董事、副董事长胡晓玲提交的书面辞职报告。胡晓玲因个人原因辞去公司董事、副董事长的职务，胡晓玲辞去上述职务后，不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。其辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
