“焦作广播电视台”消息，市十四届人大常委会举行第二十九次会议 决定任命王小鹏为市政府副市长、市公安局局长。
王小鹏出生于1981年，此前在濮阳市工作，曾任台前县副县长，台前县委常委、办公室主任，濮阳市政府副秘书长、机关党组成员，范县县委副书记、县长，范县县委书记。
