据海底捞法务部消息，近期，两家海底捞火锅门店先后发生相关人员在用餐过程中故意投放头发、玻璃碎片，并以此为由投诉索赔、扰乱正常经营秩序的事件。
公安机关经调查后已依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》作出行政拘留的行政处罚决定。
