财联社3月5日电，存储芯片概念反复走强，佰维存储涨超12%，北京君正、恒烁股份、德明利、兆易创新、大港股份、时空科技、香农芯创跟涨。消息面上，三星电子Q1 DRAM价格涨幅从70%上调至100%。此外，佰维存储公告称，预计2026年1-2月实现营业收入40亿元至45亿元，同比增长340%至395%。
