当地时间3月4日，欧洲太平洋可口可乐合作伙伴公司提交声明称，已任命Uvashni Raman为独立非执行董事，接替Guillaume Bacuvier。后者将在公司于5月28日举行的年度股东大会后从董事会退休。Raman的任命已于3月4日获得批准，并将于5月28日正式生效。
