“迪庆发布”消息，3月2日上午，州委政法工作会议召开。州委副书记朱保福出席会议并讲话。
上述消息显示，朱保福已任迪庆州委副书记。
朱保福出生于1979年，曾任云南省依法治省办指导协调处处长、云南省委政法委综治督导处处长。
2022年4月，朱保福调任怒江州委常委、政法委书记，至本次履新迪庆州。
