格隆汇3月3日丨永利地产发展(00864.HK)公告，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得亏损净额介乎约2.66亿港元至约2.68亿港元，而2024年则录得亏损净额约2.34亿港元。此主要是由于(i)集团投资物业之公平值于截至2025年12月31日止年度之减少净额较高，而2024年之减少净额则较低；及(ii)由于提供更多租金优惠以挽留租户，导致租金收入由2024年约2680万港元减少至2025年约2120万港元。
