3月3日，联瑞新材（688300）发布公告，核心技术人员张建平因个人原因向公司提出离职申请，并已与公司协商一致解除劳动关系。张建平在离职后将不再担任公司及子公司的任何职务，但仍需遵守相关保密义务。
2025年前三季度，联瑞新材实现收入8.24亿元，归母净利润2.20亿元。
