3月2日，金时科技（002951）发布公告，公司拟在广东省投资200MW/400MWh独立储能电站项目，计划总投资约5亿元，预计建设周期约6个月。
该项目的资金来源为公司自有资金或自筹资金，旨在加快公司战略布局，转型升级为“设备+运营”双轮驱动模式。
2025年前三季度，金时科技实现收入2.82亿元，归母净利润-3448万元。
