赛微微电公告，控股股东、实际控制人之一致行动人聚核投资已完成股份增持计划，于2025年3月7日～2026年3月2日期间通过集中竞价累计增持15.34万股，占总股本0.1781%，耗资1238.71万元，增持金额符合此前1150万元～2300万元的计划区间。增持后聚核投资及一致行动人合计持股2757.12万股，占32.0078%。
