人民财讯3月2日电，华峰测控(688200)3月2日公告，公司实控人孙镪、蔡琳、徐捷爽、周鹏四人的《一致行动人协议》到期后不再续签，一致行动及共同控制关系将于《一致行动人协议》到期后解除。《一致行动人协议》到期终止后，上述四位股东直接/间接持有的公司股份数量和比例保持不变，相关股份将不再合并计算，公司将由原四名一致行动人共同控制变更为无实控人。
