做法：
- 花胶垫姜片，上锅蒸10分钟，取出加清水泡一整晚。
- 野米、燕麦米、红腰豆提前泡4小时，加水煮30分钟。
- 把泡好的花胶丢进去，再煮20分钟。
- 南瓜块加300ml水，用破壁机豆浆模式打成浆。
- 把南瓜浆倒进杂粮花胶汤里，小火煮5分钟，最后加少许盐调味就搞定啦。
