3月2日大雪纷飞，但怀柔区琉璃庙镇第十七届“敛巧饭”民俗文化活动现场依然热闹非凡。“敛巧饭”是怀柔区琉璃庙镇杨树底下村的传统民俗文化活动，距今已经有近200年的历史，于2008年入选国家级非物质文化遗产名录。
