北京时间3月1日，FC东京官方发布伤情通报，华裔中场高宇洋右腿筋拉伤。

2月14日星期六，在J1联赛第2轮对阵浦和红钻的比赛中受伤的高宇洋（Takahiro KO），已接受队医检查，现将结果通报如下：右腘绳肌拉伤。(通报完)
高宇洋现年27岁，司职中场，他的父亲是前中国国脚高升，母亲来自日本，本赛季担任FC东京副队长。截至目前，他共为球队出场80次，打进5球助攻7次。
