2月28日，由于美国、以色列对伊朗发动袭击，中东地区民航航班受到影响较大。国内航司白天出发前往中东地区的航班相继返航，在3月1日凌晨一点半，东方航空的三架航班已全部抵达浦东国际机场。有旅客已在中途暴哭：“安全回来最重要”。
