【财华社讯】酷派集团(02369.HK)公布，于2026年2月26日(东部标准时间)，公司全资附属公司Digital Tech出售合共390份涉及39,000股MSTR股份的MSTR认购期权，总权利金为51,210美元(相等于39.995万港元)，MSTR认购期权持有人可酌情于各自的到期日行使该等期权，以按每股MSTR股份150美元的行使价购买Digital Tech持有的相关MSTR股份。集团预期将确认收益约92万美元(相等于约719万港元)，将用作集团的一般营运资金。
