格隆汇2月27日丨宁水集团(603700.SH)公布，公司董事会于近日收到公司非独立董事、副总经理陈伟先生提交的辞职报告。因个人原因，陈伟先生申请辞去公司第九届董事会非独立董事、董事会提名委员会委员、副总经理职务。陈伟先生辞去上述职务后，仍在公司担任其他职务。
