天地源公告称，公司第十一届董事会第十二次会议审议通过高级管理人员变动议案。总裁王涛、副总裁刘永明和杨斌因年龄原因，于2026年2月27日离任，原定任期至2028年8月25日。王涛离任后仍任第十一届董事会董事，刘永明和杨斌不再任职。在正式聘任总裁前，由董事长赵冀代行总裁职责。董事会提名委员会认为此次变动属正常调整，不影响公司经营管理。
