本赛季，瑞安代表威斯康辛鹿群出战29场比赛，场均出场31.2分钟贡献20.4分、4.6个篮板和2.8次助攻。他在三分线外出手超过200次，命中率高达42.3%，展现出稳定的外线火力。
上赛季，瑞安效力于俄克拉荷马城蓝队，在37场比赛中场均得到12.3分、3.7个篮板和2.0次助攻。
