2月25日，台泥公告，子公司TCC International Limited出售海螺水泥7687.5万股，每股均价约25.43港元，交易总金额约19.55亿港元（约人民币17.09亿元）。
台泥表示，此次出售海螺水泥股份目的为资金规划。完成后，对海螺水泥持股将降至3832.5万股。
