据日本共同社消息，日本央行审议委员高田创2月26日在京都市发表演讲，表示在物价高涨等背景下，货币政策正处于阶段性换挡的过程中，强调有必要上调政策利率以摆脱大规模货币宽松。
日本央行在去年12月的货币政策会议上决定将政策利率从0.5%左右上调至0.75%左右。在今年1月的会议上，央行为审视相关影响决定维持利率，而市场目前关注下次加息的时期。
