深交所消息，2月25日，惠科股份有限公司（简称“惠科股份”）将于3月3日上会。据了解，惠科股份上市申请于2025年6月30日被受理，同年7月11日进入问询阶段。
根据招股书，惠科股份拟募资85亿元，其中，10亿元用于补充流动资金及偿还银行贷款。
数据显示，截至2025年6月30日，惠科股份的短期借款为208.43亿元、一年内到期的非流动负债为85.54亿元，短债合计为293.97亿元；同期，惠科股份的货币资金为299.71亿元，与短债基本持平。
