2月25日，金开新能（600821）发布公告，计划通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于5亿元且不超过6亿元，回购价格上限为7.5元/股，预计回购股份数量为6667万股至8000万股，占总股本的3.34%至4.01%。
2025年前三季度，金开新能实现收入28.41亿元，归母净利润5.61亿元。
