观点网讯：2月25日，国美电器有限公司发布公告称，2019年公开发行公司债券（第一期）（简称“19国美01”，代码155195）将于2026年2月27日进行第二期本金兑付，偿还比例为5%，对应金额为34.85万元。
根据公告内容，本次兑付的债权登记日为2026年2月26日。调整后，“19国美01”债券面值将由95元降至90元，自2026年2月27日起生效。
