2月25日，高伟达（300465）发布公告，公司完成了2026年股票期权激励计划首次授予登记工作。
此次首次授予的股票期权数量为478万份，激励对象共计101人，登记完成日期为2026年2月24日。股票期权的行权价格为21.68元/份，激励对象包括公司董事兼总经理秦开宇、副董事长程军等7名高管。
2025年前三季度，高伟达实现收入7.30亿元，归母净利润2135万元。
