2月24日，赣县警方在工作中发现，网逃人员黄某在辖区中出现，立即启动治安“三张图”进行分析研判，迅速锁定黄某行动轨迹，并将其成功抓获。经查，黄某因开设赌场罪被深圳警方列为在逃人员。目前，犯罪嫌疑人黄某已被依法采取刑事强制措施，案件移交工作正在有序推进中。来源赣州公安
