万润股份（002643）发布公告，截至2026年2月24日，本次增持计划实施时间已过半，控股股东、实际控制人中国节能环保集团有限公司累计增持公司股份1673万股，占公司总股本的1.81%。
公告中提到，中国节能及其一致行动人中节能资本合计持有公司股份2.49亿股，占公司当前总股本的27.00%。
2025年前三季度，万润股份实现收入28.26亿元，归母净利润3.06亿元。
