近日，北京市公布2026年第一批城市更新项目清单。本次共安排项目1321个，其中新实施项目745个、2025年结转续建项目576个，年度计划投资1049.5亿元。
项目覆盖核心区、中心城区、城市副中心、平原新城及生态涵养区，涉及东城、西城、朝阳、海淀、丰台、石景山、顺义、昌平、大兴、通州等多个区域，其中东城、西城共有361个项目上榜。
