2月24日，元力股份（300174）发布公告，计划使用自有资金以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购金额不低于5000万元且不超过6000万元，回购价格上限为20元/股，预计回购股份数量在250万股至300万股，占总股本的0.6902%至0.8283%。
2025年前三季度，元力股份实现收入14.08亿元，归母净利润1.73亿元。
