财联社2月24日电，据新疆气象局，2月23日8时至24日8时，新疆多地出现降雪天气。气象部门预报显示，受强冷空气影响，本周（2月23日至3月1日）降温过程幅度剧烈，全疆大部气温将呈断崖式下降。降温中心位于阿勒泰地区北部、东部，降幅达12℃至16℃，将出现特强寒潮。
