记者从湖南省公安厅交管总队高速六支队获悉，2月24日11时30分至17时，京港澳高速郴州段往南方向1802km（水龙枢纽）-1842km（湘粤界）向小型车辆放开应急车道通行，水龙枢纽和良田收费站转至京港澳高速往南方向的合流车辆，优先走应急车道通行。
