财联社2月24日电，据报道，特朗普10%的全球关税生效。小财注：当地时间2月20日，美国白宫官网宣布，美国总统特朗普签署了一项公告。公告规定，在150天内，对进口到美国的物品征收10%的进口税。临时进口关税将于美国东部标准时间2月24日零时01分生效。当地时间2月21日，美国总统特朗普在其社交平台“真实社交”上发文称，将把对全球商品加征10%的进口关税的税率水平提高至15%。
