2月23日，是春节假期高速公路免费通行的截止日。从清晨开始，青岛境内青银高速、青新高速等路段迎来返程车流最高峰，部分路段行驶缓慢，整体通行秩序良好。
提醒广大驾驶人，返程高峰仍在持续，高速行车请务必控制车速、谨慎驾驶，注意出行安全。
