财联社2月23日电，北马其顿前第一副总理阿尔坦·格鲁比在该国布拉采边境口岸被捕。北马其顿内务部称，格鲁比涉嫌滥用职权，挪用约800万欧元资金。2024年12月，相关调查启动后，格鲁比离开北马其顿并被通缉。格鲁比2020年至2024年间曾担任北马其顿第一副总理。
