财联社2月23日电，美国海关与边境保护局（CBP）表示，将于美国东部时间周二凌晨12:01（北京时间13:01）停止征收依据《国际紧急经济权力法》（IEEPA）开征的关税。此前，美国最高法院已裁定这些关税非法。CBP在其货物系统信息服务（CMSMS）上向托运人发布消息称，将从周二起停用所有与特朗普总统此前根据IEEPA颁布的命令相关的关税代码。
