2月22日，北京青年报记者获悉，海淀区圆明园管理处刚刚发布通知，根据气象部门预报，本轮大风天气过程将于今天傍晚结束，圆明园新春灯会将于2月22日17:30起恢复开放，欢迎市民游客前来游览体验。
