记者从交通运输部路网中心了解到，截至7时，因降雪及路面结冰，内蒙古、吉林、黑龙江、新疆等4省（区）国省干线共有37个路段采取主动封闭管控措施，其中20个路段封闭主线，17个路段关闭收费站。
