北京时间2月21日，根据ESPN名记Shams Charania的报道，新奥尔良鹈鹕将与球队的双向合同后卫麦克格温斯签下一份为期三年的新合同。
现年23岁的麦克格温斯此前还曾效力过黄蜂和开拓者，本赛季他被鹈鹕签下，赛季至今他代表鹈鹕出场32次，其中11场担任先发，场均得到19.9分钟的出场时间，贡献7.9分，三分命中率45.3%。
如今按照Shams的说法，鹈鹕将和麦克格温斯签下一份为期三年的新合同，将球员正式转正。
