隐患描述：配电装置无相色或错误
排查依据：《GB 50060-2008 3-110kv高压配电装置设计规范》
2.0.2配电装置各回路的相序排列宜一致。可按面对出线，自左至右、由远而近、从上到下的顺序，相序排列为A、B、C。对屋内硬导体及屋外母线桥应有相色标志，A、B、C相色标志应分别为黄、绿、红三色。
