2月16日，西藏那曲网友拍摄的视频显示，一只大黑熊不停拍击饭店卷帘门，随后一只小熊跟来。
另一个视角中，熊打开卷帘门钻进屋内。事发饭店老板称他已回老家，店内无人，但还存放有一些食物，可能是熊觅食闯入店内。（澎湃新闻）
