春节期间，重庆北站开通“轻装行”服务试点。在同城距离车站35公里范围内，旅客可通过铁路12306App或微信小程序预约下单，享受“家门到车站”的行李搬运服务。无论是从家到车站，还是从车站到目的地，行李都能“一站式”送达。
