记者近日从人力资源社会保障部获悉，2025年我国深入实施“新八级工”职业技能等级制度，全年超过410万人次取得高级工以上证书，超过27万人次取得技师以上证书，评聘首席技师、特级技师近3000人次，技术技能人才队伍建设持续加强。
