格隆汇2月16日｜据俄罗斯卫星通讯社，匈牙利外交部长西雅尔多·彼得表示，匈牙利和斯洛伐克请求克罗地亚允许通过海运运输的俄罗斯石油过境，直到乌克兰出于“政治原因”恢复“友谊”输油管道的过境运输。西雅尔多表示，匈牙利和斯洛伐克在欧洲禁运俄石油措施方面获得豁免。豁免规定，“在管道运输不可能的情况下，通过海上获取俄罗斯石油的可能性”。
